My Work
These are academic conceptual projects completed during my master's program in UX at Arizona State University. Each one follows a full design process — from research and discovery through ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and reflection. Feed the Children — Website Redesign How do you help a first-time visitor trust a nonprofit enough to donate? This 15-week study combined surveys, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluation to identify 15 usability issues and redesign the experience from the ground up.
Mood Concert App — Mobile Ticketing Three venues, one app, zero prior digital presence. I designed a mobile ticket purchasing experience from ideation to prototype — balancing casual discovery for new visitors with quick access for frequent concertgoers, within hard technical and business constraints.
Rose Family Bakery — POS Tool A small business's growing pains became a design problem: employees were relying on memory and paper to take complex custom orders. I designed an internal point-of-sale tool that supports the real, conversational flow of counter ordering while reducing errors and cognitive load.
