A Little About Lauren
I came to UX through psychology. During my undergrad, I worked in a Cognition, Language, and Culture Lab and became a published researcher — studying how people process information and pay attention to details. When I discovered UX, it felt like applied psychology with a design layer on top.
My research background means I ask why before I ask what. I'm drawn to problems that involve trust, accessibility, and the moments where a product either earns a user's confidence or loses it.
